Digital trust and AI platform company
Three AI platforms, definition through to release
2Platforms live, a third in build
6Dimensions in the adoption index
10Behaviours measured per profile
Some capability cannot be specified and handed over. The thinking and the building had to sit in the same room.
The situation
A company building in the digital trust and AI space needed capability that did not exist to buy. The thinking and the building had to sit close enough together that a specification handed to strangers would have lost most of it.
What I did
- A decision fluency platform, from product definition through to released software. It reads how a leader turns information into decisions, and how those decisions show up as leadership, across two connected instruments and ten measured behaviours. The output is a profile a person recognises rather than a score they argue with.
- A media platform for data, analytics and AI leaders, the same route. Editorial, interviews and events built around the questions that only come up once you are accountable: how to read a value claim before funding it, what a board brief has to do, why explainability belongs to the decision rather than the model. A readiness diagnostic and a decision led framework sit behind it, so a reader can place themselves rather than only read about other people.
- An adoption index, in build. A quarterly reading across six dimensions covering access, usage, workflow integration, trust and business value, comparable across business units and repeatable year on year.
- Owned the architecture, the data model, the measurement design and what ships in what order, with each release instrumented from the first day rather than the first review.
