For consulting firms

Every framework a firm brings to a client produces a capability picture. It says what is weak. It does not say where value stops, how much proof sits behind the picture, or whether the room actually agrees. Those three things are what this platform measures, and they are what your framework gets when it runs on it. Your model on the page, our measurement behind it.

What it does to an engagement

  • One week instead of six. Each seat answers alone, ten to fifteen minutes, all markets in parallel. The interviews you would have scheduled across six weeks are done by Friday, and every answer says what it rests on.
  • Proof graded, not opinion. An answer on belief scores below the same answer backed by a record. Weak answers get a request for the record. The brief carries a proof log you can put in front of a CFO.
  • Disagreement shown, not averaged. Head office against each market, seat against seat. The difference is a finding, and it is on the front of the brief.
  • Where value stops. The Value Gate reading runs under whatever model you use: the lowest of seven gates caps everything after it, so the brief names the one weakness worth money this quarter.

What a firm gets

  • A firm workspace above the client workspaces. One home for the firm, many client readings under it. A partner sees every engagement on one page: which clients are mid reading, which briefs are due, which markets have not answered, and can nudge from there.
  • Your brand on the outputs. The firm's name and logo on the brief, the deck and every email the client receives, with the method credited in small print. Set once for the firm, it applies to every engagement.
  • Engagement templates. Blueprinting, due diligence, post merger integration and AI readiness. Each fixes the seats to invite, the question routing and the shape of the brief, so a consultant sets a client up in five minutes.
  • Invite by link, watch progress. One link per seat. The consultant sees who has started, who stopped at question thirty, and sends a reminder from inside the tool.
  • Benchmarks, anonymised. Where the client's score sits against other organisations read on the same instrument, by industry, shown only where there are enough readings to say so honestly and never as another client's row.
  • The security pack. One page your client's security team can assess: where the data lives, who can reach it, how long it is kept, the nightly copy outside the provider, and what is not yet certified.

How it is priced

Per engagement or per client reading, not per user. A firm licence covers the firm workspace, the brand on the outputs and the templates, and each client reading is a unit on top. During the pilot every workspace has full access at no cost. Ask for the rate card for what follows.

The partner programme

A firm that runs three readings with us is certified on the method, listed on this site as a partner, and earns a margin on the client readings it brings. That makes the platform a channel for the firm's work rather than another subscription.

Where to start

Read Before you build, the one week reading before an implementation starts. It is the scenario most firms meet at blueprinting, and it shows what the instrument does that a workshop cannot. Then sign in, create your firm from the account menu, and add the first client under it.
